Thank you for all your help but very little worked as I nonetheless can’t do an iCloud back up. I did everything you claimed and perhaps restored from scratch and equally my iPhone 13 & iPhone XR at the same time can now not backup on the cloud. I also reset my modem but almost everything functions on both of those iPhones just the ICloud back up
